Non-Construction Underwriting Guidelines

• 2 full-time employees in the governing class code other
  than owners/officers
• $1,000 minimum premium
• Experience Mod: Maximum 1.40
• New Venture must have minimum of 3 years experience
• Good financial standing
• NCCI Hazard Grade 4 and/or Best Hazard Index 9 & 10
  are prohibited

Construction Underwriting Guidelines

• 4 full-time employees in the governing class code other
  than owners/officers
• 3 years of current Workers’ Compensation coverage with
  no lapse in coverage
• Experience Mod: Maximum 1.40
• Height exposure cannot exceed 15’
• Good financial standing
• A written Safety program in place or the implementation
  of it within the policy year
• NCCI Hazard Grade 4 and/or Best Hazard 9 & 10 are
  prohibited
