Dear Friends, Employees and Clients,

It is with the deepest sadness that we inform you of the sudden passing of our dear friend and colleague, former Chairman G. Wayne Harris. We will miss him profoundly.

It was Wayne’s vision which led to the formation of the Risk Services’ policyholder services organization in 1989, and it is to Wayne’s outstanding leadership skills, dedication and abilities that Risk Services owes its present position as a premier organization serving commercial policyholders and the alternative insurance marketplace. All who knew Wayne will sorely miss his charm, humanity, humor, insight and inspiration. He was truly a model for us all.

As we mourn Wayne’s passing, we are comforted by our fond memories of him and our recognition that Wayne led a joyous and meaningful life to the fullest. We are blessed to have known and worked with him.

He will be in our prayers.
